I never see one of those with a helmet, they have no license to drive, no tags, no insurance, no tax contributions like the rest of us have to pay, always an impediment to traffic, small lights, signals hardly visible, and if you impede one of them in the slightest, look out.

I think you missed the point of my post. He was staging an accident and looks like a complete idiot doing it. And all caught on the woman's dash cam.

Yea, if you're going to commit fraud you should at least learn to make it look realistic. The "buddy" taping would have learned real quick that his own video would have indicted them rather than showing the lady was at fault too..
