Default 1725 Thermostat housing.

Hello all, I'm looking for a thermostat housing for a 1725. Not the cover with the outlet pipe, but the housing that accepts the thermostat and bolts to the block. Thanks.

Jim, you mean bolts to the head. Might be hard to find a good used one as the bolts tend to rust and bind in the long holes. But Rootes Post Vintage Spares in Holland has new ones:

Thanks Tom,
Yes, of course, the head. Let's see that's that rectangular shiney thingee bobber, right?

Anyway, got a call into them, or an email I guess. Trying to make heads or tails of their pricing, what's a VAT? what's a moneeee? What's a headache???

Starting on my 4th engine now. Hoping I learned something from the last three. Was able to at least reach into boxes and find all the parts I needed. Well, almost.

Thanks again.

Default Thermostat housing

I believe I have one. Send me an email to remind me, when I get back home.

Sure is, just don't want to pay $79 plus shipping. Thanks
